Mulching / Site Clearance
The mulching service involves the use of a mulching machine. This machine combines the abilities of a stump grinding machine, with that of a chipper. This means that it can remove stumps to ground level, and also process branches, brambles, or any other plant material into small pieces of material on the floor, including tree stumps and roots that have been removed from the soil, often the case on site clearances. This machine is therefore ideal for large freefell sites, where a large amount of trees have been felled and there are many stumps and branches to process.
This is done by simply driving the machine over a pile of plant material or stumps, until they have been fully processed. The smaller pieces of material can then be left to decompose into the earth, encouraging new life and enriching the soil, or it can be collected and removed for use elsewhere or to clear the area.
